Returns & Refund Policy


Damages, Missing Items, or Other Issues


Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us within 48 hours if there are any issues such as damage, missing items, or other issues with the order. Inquiries made after 48 hours of receiving the order will not be eligible for refunds or replacements. Please note, some products do come with manufacturer defects such as minor cuts in shrink wrap, loose glue on cardboard boxes, etc. We will not ship an item if the manufacturer defects are excessive, therefore we cannot offer any sort of refunds for minor manufacturer defects. If you wish to have a sealed item that is guaranteed to be in perfect condition, you may visit our storefront and select a product that meets your requirements.


Exchanges


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds


We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at Kumosk@Poke-Kollections.com. If your return is accepted, you will then receive instructions on how to send the goods back to us. The buyer will be responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed upon. Returns are also subject to a 10% re-stocking fee. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

In the event that the package is returned to us due to an inaccurate or undeliverable address provided by the buyer, the goods will be refunded but any shipping costs will not be refunded. These will also be subject to the 10% re-stocking fee.

Refunds can only be processed to the original payment method used to place the order. If you no longer have access to the original payment method, you must contact that payment provider in order to receive your funds. Refunds can take up to 7 business days to appear on your statement in most cases.



Digital Items



All digital items are NON REFUNDABLE! Digital items are e-mailed to you immediately after purchase and cannot be returned to us. Please ensure you are ordering the correct items before placing a digital order as it will not be refunded under any circumstance.



Refunds, Returns, and Cancellations During a Sale - Price Matching After Purchase



Refunds, returns, and cancellations during a sale are not allowed. If you would like to cancel an order or return an item during a sale, you must wait until the sale ends. If your order is likely to be shipped before a sale ends, we can postpone shipping to allow time for you to cancel the order.

Price matching after purchasing is allowed up to 14 days after purchasing the product. This ONLY applies to regular price changes and not sale pricing.
